The size is perfect if you are making your own natural supplements, I have not had any of these capsules leak or break open and we use these for work. The quality is great we have made thousands and thousands of these with no issue we use these along with a capsule machine and it saves so much time.

More than 30% of the capsules where damaged. Packaging is not the proper way to keep it safe. Very dissapointed.
