I know I've only been taking this product for a little less than a month. I bought it for myself, but after hearing its benefits, my husband jumped in on the wagon. I also bought this product primarily because of the great reviews on how collagen has helped many people with their joint pains. My biggest and most bothersome problem are my knees. For years, (and at night esp) I lose sleep because of the dull pain on both my knees. I received this product at night. I was already in pain. So I was anxious to use it. So I made chamomile tea and added a scoop of the product. First thing I noticed was that it dissolved pretty quickly in my hot tea. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised that it did not alter the tatse of my tea. The product really is tasteless. I was happy and immediately thought of many other foods and drinks I could mix it in. Great! I have a lot of options on how to use it everyday! OK, so i was in pain when i first took it and although I was anxious for the results, I knew it would take some time for the product to work in my system. Maybe after a few days or maybe a couple weeks the product will start to work for me, I thought to myself. Anyway, I took the product with no expectations at all. Lo and behold! I woke up the following morning and I'm thinking, "Wait, what? I slept through the night? No pain?! No!!? Can't be!" I had pain every single night for years, but that night I had no pain. The product cant work that fast. Must be just a coincidence! Tried it again, but this time in the morning to mix with my coffee and once again, I slept through the night. Needless to say, it has been almost a month of taking physician's choice collagen peptides, and I have been pain free since. This includes pain relief on my shoulders, and back. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, and I swear this has helped, too. I have a lot of prescription meds because of all my aches and pains, but I promise u, I have not taken any since taking this product. I still have pains but not as bad as it used to be. I hope to be completely painfree with this new product. I am so grateful I learned about this supplement. I just wish I knew sooner and saved myself a lot of pain and agony. To add on to this amazing testimony, I learned that collagen is great for the hair, nails, and skin as well. Although I have not seen much difference in these aspects (yet), I know it will come next and I can't wait! I have been using this product for years. I put one scoop in my coffee in the morning and it is tasteless. It also makes my nails thicker and they grow faster. My hair is also healthier, thicker, and it grows faster. The third benefit for me is that it keeps my joints healthy.

This collagen powder mixes easily in my smoothies and coffee without changing the taste,I like that it's unflavored and gentle on the stomach. The added probiotics are a nice bonus, It's good quality. The resealable packaging is convenient and easy to use.

I don't know if this is coincidence or something else. I was having a very uncomfortable pain in my left arm and right knee for weeks. I tried to exercise but couldn't because of the strong pain. The first time I added the powder to an oatmeal for dinner, the next days I add it to my black coffee in the morning (daily) and the pain in my arm and knee is gone. It is the first time I take collagen in any form and I heard the benefits are seen after weeks of use, but I feel very well and different after I'm taking this one. I was feeling fatigued and I got tired easily, but these days I feel a good energy I didn't have before. The powder dissolves in my coffee, doesn't change the flavor or texture, it doesn't have a smell either. I did order two more as I show in the video, my brother also ordered two yesterday because he is having pain (works standing all day) and I did recommended it to him. UPDATE (1/11/24) I don’t even drink this everyday and ever since I did start my nails have gotten SO SO SOOO LONG STRONG AND BEAUTIFUL!! I’ve always had nubs as nails , they were non existent and always broke off but wow I can’t even believe these are my REAL nails and no one else believes me either lol! They are super super hard and strong , they do not break, hair has grown for sure and has gotten stronger , skin is still so so but that’s because I do not drink it everyday like I should. With that being said RUN AND BUY THIS !!! It’s really good , I tried it with juice and it dissolved ok I just had to shake it alot , you can’t taste too much flavor is more a after taste. Dissolves better with hot things and specially coffee , the coffee taste over powers the flavor so no after taste after the coffee. Haven’t felt any relief yet from my sore muscles , I train 5 times a week as a power lifter so my muscles are always aching , but this is only my second day with it , will update ! Update: after only like a week or two of taking this everyday and forgetting weekends , my nails have changed DRASTICALLY, they have grown so strong and pretty but my hair I don’t notice anything yet nor my skin, and with muscles I can’t tell if it’s helping or not UPDATE( 12/5) BEST BEST collagen I have ever used , my nails have never been this long NOR strong and thick !! I cut them because I have HEAVY training everyday but my nails have never ever been this length , and they’ve gotten longer too with the collagen !! And super super strong and pretty

I gave this product a 3 star because I'm hoping the company will read this and consider some of my suggestions, I do really love the product but I think it needs some minor changes to earn a five star from me. I've been taking this daily now for going on 3 weeks, I love the product. I take it every day in my coffee, I've had no dissolvability issues, one stir and my coffee is good to go. I can say that one time I made the mistake of mixing my cream in first prior to my coffee and the cream and collagen didn't mix well, but collagen, coffee, followed by cream worked great for me. I have had no issues here. At first, I didn't notice a huge improvement, but after about 10 days I started to notice significant improvements in my hair and nails. I first attributed this to maybe a placebo but after getting several comments from friends and my husband I'm certain the collagen is working the way it should. My hair is noticeably thicker and less dry/brittle. My nails are absolutely stronger and growing faster then I can ever remember. The product does what it says which in my opinion it should, I believe where it falls short is on the lack of options. Firstly I would really like it if you could do a 60 day supply or at the VERY least have an option for a monthly subscription so we don't have to come back and purchase every month. My hope is someone from the company reads this and comes out with a bigger size and some varieties. Overall I'm getting the results I wanted from the product, but the company should offer more variations.

Really helps hair and skin

I use this Collagen everyday in my coffee for me it’s easy to use Oder free no clumping. I find that some bags mix better than others not sure why, the last 2 bags I bought mixed much better than the current one, it’s tasteless the consistency is like a powder creamer. For me it’s an easy way to get my collagen and I have noticed a change in my hair and muscle tone since using this product.

No noté cambios con varios meses de uso. Y es muy caro. Ahora compré un colageno marino que en pocas semanas de uso si veo cambios.
