Absolute, positively, WORKS! I have tried most every hair growth pill and none (especially those with biotin) work. THIS one does, and trust me, I would be the first to say it does not if it didn't. I’m loving these. My shed was crazy and since starting these one month ago I have noticed a decrease in shed and breakage which was my biggest concern. These ARE expensive for a 30 day supply. I wish they were less than $40 instead of $50 a month. But worth the results for now.

Sorry but these did nothing for my hair. I mean nothing. I took them for 4 months and didn’t notice any change at all. I am 50 years old and I believe the thinning is a result of good ole menopause. It’s not my thyroid or any other issue. I seen a lot of reviews about women having results after having a baby. Good for them however you do regrow your hair after having a baby with no help. It’s all about your hormones going back into balance. So if you are seeing results it’s probably what would have happened anyway. For us 50+ year olds estrogen doesn’t come back to normal levels ever so like I said it did nothing for me.

I usually purchase when it’s on sale. I usually only take one capsule a day. So take my review with a grain of salt cause I don’t NEED this, I don’t follow the directions, and I believe your hair routine can be affected by so many things. But I feel like it has helped my hair grow. There’s no taste as it’s a pill form. I’m not sure if there is value for the full price but when I get a gift card or it’s on sale, I usually pick one up! About to run out so I’ll update if I see any thing new

These really helped stop the excessive fall out I was experiencing due to an autoimmune disease. I've been using them for about 6 months now and can see new growth coming in as well.
