Looking through the reviews I thought this would be perfect for my 5 foot, 500 litre tank. If anything it's too powerful! My acara is not enjoying the flow however my unicorn catfish is loving it! Will have to play around with it to find the perfect area but does exactly what it should and very impressed. It is not noisy at all when placed so that's great too.

I have had this installed for a few months now and it works well, it’s not to loud and the flow is very very powerful. The product is quite large and is only held to the glass with a suction cup. I have found a couple of times that it has come lose and due to the power of the pump has blown everything everywhere in the tank. The only big downside I can see is that you are not able to adjust the power, it’s either on or off but for the price I think it’s worth that drawback. At the price point and knowing what I know now I would still recommend it but definitely worth keeping in mind.

I ordered this powerhead with the mindset of I needed something cheep and fast until I can afford better. I was expecting the usual cheep barely working product but was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. Its powerful and quiet and I haven't felt the need to upgrade as I was planning

A bit fiddly to install due to cable not long enough. It does crate waves , but to powerful. I have a 5ft by 4 hi tank and still to powerful. Caused stress to the fish to be honest, plants get blown about.

Need something to move the water better in my tank and boy does this do the job! No more dead spots anywhere in the tank... seems very well made the suction cup used to hold it on the glass I was a bit suspect of but I was proved wrong, sticks really well, fitted within seconds of opening and its silent 🤫 absolute bargin

It’s a good item, mixed saltwater with it and placed it in my tank however the suction pad on it isn’t the best. It didn’t stick to the side of my tank and found it the next morning blowing my sand around upside down. If you get this, get an algae magnet and gorilla glue and attach it with that.

Hi Very powerful, even more powerful than the 2 8000l per hour wavemakers i had bought which had broken down. It came with good reviews. Sadly absolutely useless, very noisy and had vibrated itself downwards and blew the sand off the bottom of the aquarium and all over the corals. I may have just been unlucky, but I cannot recommend this one. I absolutely love Amazon, being housebound I do online shopping with them. They are very good with Customer Service., just having a run of bad luck with wavemakers, everything else has been fine.
