Great adjustable support
Great support for my Lower back when I get a muscle spasm. Nice fit and comfy.

Rides up over bigger bellies and hips
Not really suitable for me as I have a belly and big hips, and it rides up. Leaving the place I need vacant and then having to readjust. It's ok if I was just going to stand or walk, but I have animals which requires a lot of bending and that's when it travels. But the quality and firmness is good and easy to put on and it arrived quick. Unfortunately just not great for my body shape.

Very Good
Very practical and effective support for my lower back after an injury. I had to carry a heavy back pack to work which hurt my back, but with this support belt I didn't get any more pain.

Excellent value
It gives really good support, and holds in place firmly. My only complaint is that the velcro is VERY hard to release, especially on the main belt. I've broken nails trying to prise it apart. Fully adjustable in a range of +/- 6 inches. Good quality material that looks and feels like it will last.
