Had never tried a face mask before, and I have got to say that I love this one. The skin gets softer, and wrinkles get less noticed. Very pleased with the results

The smell is amazing. If you apply it on your face, you will feel the change in your skin. It will have a very gentle effect, especially after washing the face. Even after 2 days the difference is noticeable.

Positives first: this is a thick cream with a feel of luxury, gorgeous fragrance, and is easy to apply with the fingers. It's also easy to wash off, and my skin did feel soft and smooth afterwards. As for the anti-wrinkle claims, I cannot, as this stage comment. There is no indication of how frequently this should be used. Negatives: the packaging is outrageous. I have attached photographs showing a deception commonly used in the skin care and cosmetics industry – lead the customer to believe they're getting more than they actually are. The cream is contained in a small pot inside a fairly large, very chunky, glass jar which looks and feels classy and expensive. This is then housed in a card box twice the size it needs to be; the jar sits on a false floor or bottom, which takes up half the depth of the box. Yes, it quite clearly states that the product is 50ml, but how many people can really visualise what that looks like? It's not so much the psychology behind this - making people think they're getting something bigger than they are - that disturbs me, it's the total waste and disregard for the environment, particularly at a time when consumers are being encouraged to reduce waste. Manufacturers must do their bit too. So, three stars for the product, one star for the packaging.
