Very sturdy. You need some decent beams or joist to mount it indoors. The lag bolts are beefy. I gave it four stars for less hand placement than I would like.

This thing will hold your weight no problem. (if installed correctly) Lightweight so as to not be overly heavy on its own but the materials and welding/construction are phenomenal. Nice touch and feel, comfortable on your hands as well. BY far one of the most durable, tough, rugged exercise equipment I've come across

Made of strong metal with heavy bolts that hold the pull up bar strong and steadfast into the wall. Very important for safety and the feeling of safe when your working out. The grips are really great on it. Keeping my hands in place and my skin protected from getting to rough. It also also has a wide range of area to pull from for different body types and variations on the exercises.

This pullup bar is great! I easily mounted it above one of my doors. It has 6 bolts to get it mounted. I weigh 210lbs, and this bar is holding me without issues.
