It seems like the product with intercom and radio price has gone up. When I bought this it was about $90 CAD if I recall. This is very cheap for one of these, the name brands will be hundreds of dollars. For this price I was very pleasantly surprised. I am not one to be able to tell the difference audio wise on many headphones as I usually go for budget products: the audio quality on this was pretty decent! Not amazing, but still clear and you can jam out to music well and hear it good, it can go decently loud for when you are on the highway. With the proper helmet and mic installation, people can hear me very well and I can hear them very well (with the volume turned up high) while I am on the highway going 100kmh. The battery life is very good for the price, I have yet to have it die on me, installation is easy, the coloured switchable panels are fun, I can see if you have a coloured helmet how that would be useful. The radio works okay, not super well, and you can have static pretty often but the price reflects this, radio is still very functional especially if you are used to an older veheicle radio that has bad signal sometimes. It will communicate with the fancy brand name units well via Bluetooth, the range is definitely not as good as the fancy units - as reflected with the radio function - but it’s pretty good, I only had issues when going through a mountain and having the ground/trees block the signal. Comtrols are easy. Been using it for about a month now, no real signs of deterioration. If you are not a whiner who needs the top of the line gear for everything and needs to take out a loan on everything they own in life to feel satisfied. Then this product is for you, it does the job, not an excellent job, but exceeds the expectations of $80.

Da ich schon länger auf der Suche nach einem Helm Headset war, wurde ich durch Zufall von einem anderen Biker (unbekannt) auf das Lexin G2 Headset aufmerksam gemacht. Ich finde die Preis- Leistung von Lexin ist super. Man bekommt ein sehr hochwertiges Produkt das sehr gut durchdacht wurde. Die Installation ging schnell und mit dem Klipp sehr einfach. Die Auswahl von zwei verschiedenen Mikrofonen ist sehr praktisch, egal welche Helmform man trägt, es ist für alles was dabei. Eine einfache Bedienung ist garantiert, da die Tasten sehr gut angeordnet und groß sind, so dass man wirklich problemlos auch mit dickeren Handschuhen es bedienen kann. Die Lautsprecher sind meiner Meinung nach wirklich gut und verstehe so manch eine Rezension nicht die sich über schlechten Bass beschweren. Man muss sich schon ein wenig Zeit, bei der Installation nehmen, so dass die Hörer im Helm gut und richtig platziert sind und am Ohr anliegen, dann hat man eine sehr gute Klang-Qualität. Die Verbindung mit dem Handy und mit anderen Headsets (andere Hersteller) ist problemlos und ohne Unterbrechung. Dass Telefonieren während der Fahrt ist sehr klar und deutlich, Musik hören sogar mit höheren Geschwindigkeiten noch sehr gut möglich. Kommt natürlich auch auf den Helm drauf an wie gut dass Fahrtwindgeräusche gedämpft werden. Schön finde ich auch die mitgelieferte Farbauswahl der Covers, da ist für jede Helmfarbe etwas passendes dabei. Fazit, ich kann das Lexin G2 im besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würde es sofort wieder kaufen. Einfach Top and no Flop.

No music sharing. Very clunky. Multi person talk is not open talk. Other Tier 2 manufacturers do have it at same price point. Pain to connect. I don't get it. These were well reviewed. Why is this more expensive than units from the same company that DO have more functions. I simply bought the wrong one. Should have gone with the other Lexin offerings or with Fodsports... 😢
