Really nice modern designed batten light fixing.There seem to be dozens of BC fittings for sale in the UK, where Screw fittings have traditionally not been used for ceiling lights like this, so it's nice to find one that has an E27 fitting. as most of the modern LED bulbs are now ES fittings rather than Bayonet.Can be used with or without a lampshade by screwing off the skirt on the bulb holder. With a decorative bulb I like it without.The "loop in" base connections are well made and robust, and the hanging cord had has an "anti tug" feature that prevents it from being pulled through the hole in the base..One thing that goes without saying, is that fitting one of these should be done by a "competent" person/ qualified electrician!

I have been looking for a black light fitting to replace an old white one that had a bayonet type fitting, this seems a really good replacement. The ceiling rose casing is a good hard plastic and seems robust, the flex is also substantial, and measures as stated. The fitting holds an E27 style bulb which is exactly what I wanted. As yet this hasn’t been fitted but I have been assured by the person fitting this for me that this is of a reasonable quality and will do the job adequately, I’m very happy with it.

Decent quality for the price and worked as expected. Ceiling fixture was slightly larger that the standard one it replaced so needed the new rose that it came with fitted. Pretty straightforward though and looks good!

Pretty bog standard really but worthy of note is that you definitely get your 6" of cable, they aren't doing anything dodgy like including the length of the hidden cable or the bulb holder in that measurement.The cable between the outside of the two pieces is actually a little bit longer than the claimed 6".

I’m renovating my house and have gone with black sockets so though black light fittings would suit best. This one is cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for. The internals where you fit the wires look to be of decent quality but the finish on the plastic exterior is not the best. Being on the ceiling you probably wk t notice once fitted but if you’re a perfectionist I’d look for something a bit more premium.

Very good quality light fitting for E27 bulbs.Decent quality home light fitting, pre-wired and also contains a juction box that screw on to the celing - then this fitting screw onto that jusction box for a seamless professional installtion. Bulb holder also has a screw on on lampshade holder.Superb value for money.

very simple pre wired pendant. i thought it was decently made and looks very nice.installation went without a hitch and am very happy with the final result.
