Review: stay away, bad support, won't work. - System would not calibrate with this item. It kept throwing errors since it couldn't calibrate correctly. Worked with the vendor support for weeks troubleshooting. Sent photos, had to weight the part, sent more info back and forth. Support wouldn't reply for a day or so (Probably on the other side of the planet). Eventually after weeks of this they said they would ship me a replacement. I asked if I should return this one to desertcart and they said I wouldn't need to, and that they would ship me a replacement. I waited for months, well past the time that I could return to desertcart, then got an email saying "Hello sir, sorry for the trouble, our desertcart colleague said you can look for us at desertcart and get a refund , sorry for taking so long!"
