I use this set with my ION speaker from Costco, very compatible. I am a PE teacher and it works great. Students have a difficult time hearing me outside (I am in California) and this definitely saves my voice. It stays charged all day long. No wires to get hung up with and stays securely on my head. HIGHLY recommend.

I give school assemblies. For years, I was using a light weight slim microphone that was connected to a transmitter on my belt. This sent the signal to a separate receiver which was then connected to my small speaker and had to be plugged in to . I had to tape the microphone close to my mouth because it kept slipping away. The batteries (two AA's) were always running down. Occasionally, the transmitter on my belt, would slip off and dangle to the floor. However, this unit is completely rechargeable. The microphone stays exactly where I put it, the unit is very comfortable on my head. Best of all, no AA batteries anymore, nothing has to hang on my belt, the receiver plugs directly into the back of the speaker and sounds absolutely great! I highly recommend. The only drawback I can see, is that the micro connector that is part of the receiver, comes with a separate larger connector to plug the unit into a larger port. The connection from micro to standard is kind of loose and doesn't work well. However, I have a microport on my speaker and it was a firm, solid connection as is.

I use this product for teaching an aqua fitness class. I like how easy it is to charge and use with either the big floor model speaker at the gym pool and I my small portable speaker I take to various HOA pools. I struggle a little with the headband being a little loose for my head. It is a good shape and design but it is not adjustable. The mouthpiece, which adjusts nicely, moves out of place when the headband slips. I am trying out using a clip to keep the headband attached to my cap hoping this will keep the mouthpiece where I want it. I like the quality and sound. My students in the pool all say they can hear me just fine when it is positioned correctly. I just need to figure out a way to keep that position.

Compared to others I have used, this one has superior sound, and it lasts for quite some time. I used my previous one for about 2 years in my music classroom, so I spoke, I sang, and it was used all day long during the school year. It connects easily, and being wireless, it gives me the flexibility I need to move freely around my room.

What’s waste of time and money. I really wanted this product to work for me. It’s my second wireless microphone headset from this supplier and both were crap. The first one wouldn’t connect the received at all so I ordered a replacement. The second one had a faulty on/off switch and the lightest bump into the headset would cause the whole thing to power down. I was really careful not to bump it and the sound was great the first time. Fast forward to its second use and the sound was now low and muffled and couldn’t be turned back up. I had to YELL my entire class so my students could hear me. A true nightmare. Don’t waste your time or money. Amazon also makes you repackage and label this one for returns.
