I was honestly so curious about these and they did not disappoint. The chocolate itself tastes really smooth and high quality not overly sweet, which I love. I’ve been using them as a little afternoon pick-me-up and I definitely notice a subtle boost in focus and energy without feeling jittery like coffee sometimes makes me feel. The only thing is the price is a bit high, but for me it feels worth it as an occasional treat + functional snack. Overall, really impressed and would repurchase!

I recently started using the Alice Brainstorm Mushroom Chocolates while studying for the Bar Exam, and overall I get why they have good reviews. The biggest thing I notice is the type of energy. It is very different from coffee. It’s more of a smooth, steady focus vs. a big spike. I don’t feel jittery or crashy, which is a huge plus, especially when I’m sitting and studying for long stretches. I wouldn’t say it hits super hard right away, but after a few days of using them, I did feel more clear-headed and a little more “locked in” during study sessions. It’s been especially helpful for afternoon slumps when I don’t want coffee but still need to stay productive. The taste is okay. I personally don’t like chocolate, so that’s NOT on Alice whatsoever. They are not overly sweet, which I appreciate. A couple downsides: they’re a bit pricey for what you get. Also, if you’re expecting a strong, immediate caffeine-like boost, this probably isn’t it. It’s more subtle and builds over time, which I prefer. Overall, I love them for a cleaner, more focused kind of energy while studying, but I use them more as support rather than relying on them completely.

Ok, long review - sit tight: - I like the chocolate take on mushrooms, they are earthy and the chocolate compliments it. I appreciate that they are not excessively sweet to try to mask the flavor. Admittedly it is a bit of an acquired taste but so was matcha and that is everywhere now haha - the effects were subtle - it def helped get me to that sleepy, pre-bed phase - like I felt chill, cozy and relaxed. I am still guaging if they truly helped me sleep as ive had some nights where i went right to sleep and others where my sleep latency was still not where Id want after taking one Overall, i am intrigued at the effect - and i want to try to focus ones next because ive had success with mushroom coffee and a chcolate is a much more enjoyable way to consume the mushrooms

WONDERFUL!! I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but this ended up being way better than I thought. The taste is really good (which surprised me), and it actually makes me feel more focused and clear without any weird crash or jitters. It’s a really nice, smooth boost compared to coffee or energy drinks. I’ve been using it consistently and can definitely tell a difference in my mood and productivity. Super easy to add into my routine too. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would 100% get it again.

I really like these! I got the nightcap (sleep support). Flavor wise, it's not too sweet which I really appreciate. very nice deep, rich chocolate and no, you can't taste the mushrooms! I wouldnt say this necessarily helped me get to sleep, I didn't noticeably feel anything, but I do think my sleep quality was improved. I'm typically tossing and turning and after 2 of these squares, I was out, and in a way that really felt like a nice, deep sleep. It's a nice little ritual to help wind down and end the evening before bed. I do think it would be worth it to buy a larger package- they go fast! I also appreciate the tins they come in. I wish their party pack was vegan, but I'm excited to try the brainstorm variety!

I’m vegan/never liked mushrooms - but luckily these have no mushroom taste! A decent size piece of rich dark chocolate. I don’t use sleep aides for sleep since I usually don’t have issues falling asleep however Ive been working overnight shifts 3x a week for last 7 years and I switch back to normal sleeping hours on my nights off but lately life was chaotic where I had 1.5 months off of work and thats when I decided to give alice a try 1 hour before I wanted to fall asleep at night. Most nights however, I either had 1 cup of coffee more than my usual or took a nap during the day and unfortunately those were the days these chocolates didn’t work for me. Although it says that 1 piece is serving size for most, I do have w fast metabolism so I recently tried having two pieces 1 hour before bed. Can’t say this really did much for me either - still woke up once in the middle of the night to pee and I didn’t feel like i’m was getting any better quality sleep or falling asleep any faster- however my body is probably used to that. I love the taste and would like to try out the other one for energy/social anxiety. They do say with this that the more consistent the use, the better the result and I admit I haven’t been consistent.

Let’s be honest… the girlfriend and I both had it, but did not notice any difference! The ads for this are very misleading and do not do what they claim… I ate a half a bar to see if I would notice anything…. Nothing!! Don’t waste the money on this product!!
