At first I was skeptical about how it works, but it’s one of the most relaxing gadgets I’ve ever found, the music integrated is annoying, but there’s a way to mute it. But definitely exceed expectations

Easy-to-use and affordable investment. I use it at bedtime and find I get the best sleep and my eyes are refreshed. One caveat is it's very noisy as it goes through compression cycle.

I really want to give this 5 stars because it is so relaxing and feels so good BUT, It does not stay charged for long. After a full 24 hours of charging, the Mask only worked for half an hour before being completely drained of it's life. Sucks that I can only use it for half an hour. :(

It's very good. The massage level and heat level is simple and nice. Not too strong nor weak.

I bought the one without the back of the head massage. I have a smaller-ish head and I've been using a bob and Brad eye massager for a while but things about it just irked me like the voice. 1. The head strap. It either has to go very high or very low on the back of my head, which messes with the fit of the eye part. Either putting too much pressure on the bridge of my nose or my eyes/eyebrows. 2. My nose hits the sharp plastic edge of the device as the eye pad doesn't quite cover it, I've tried adjusting it but it always slips back. 3. You either have the music/voice or complete silence. I'd have thought at least I could turn off the music and just have the voice. Nope, not only is this highly annoying, what makes it almost unbearable is you have to mute the music every single time you turn it on, because the music volume is NOT saved, only sound & narroration on/off 4. I like to go into a savasana pose and go completely still while the massager works; I don't know if it's just my unit or what, but it pauses awkwardly in between massage types, and sometimes will stop completely if I am still enough. I have to shake my head for it to continue???? What is the point of relaxation when it turns off when you are still. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 5. Compared to the bob & Brad eye massager, I was hoping there would be more of a variety of massage types in some sort of order i could control, but this is not the case. The massages are very repetitive, the time between it switching massage types is too long, the pressure seems off as any pressure setting pressed on my eyes wrong and not in a relaxing way. Maybe the older version is better, but the one without the back of the head massager is just... frustrating. I have returned it.

It has been a wonderful relief for me for the pain I have because of excessive dry disease.

This eye massager is a pleasant relief after a long day of looking at a computer screen at work. It’s easy to use with the buttons and the soft voice and music. I don’t use the higher pressure massage because that’s a little too much for me, but the lighter massage and the heat are pretty great for headaches and tension. Ordering a second one for my son.

Not great at all. Bought it for a bday gift for my spouse and his bday happened after the return window closed. Unfortunately it’s only been used minimally for the past three days and neither the heat nor the pressure are working anymore. Definitely disappointed and hoping the seller either offers to replace or return it, as I have contacted them about it.

It's a very good massager. But the nose bridge fitment is very bad, it blocks the nostrils during compression when lying down. The other renpho models like eyeris 1 and 3 do not have this issue and have more or less the same features.
