I bought this recently to help me with my warm-up in the gym before my PT session (my gym have next to nothing in the way of bands and what they do have are only for heavy duty work or are broken) and it's really helped make it all easier as well has helped me add more variety into my warmup.

for now I'm fine, I took the ones with the rounded edges. Let's see how long they last, if the quality of the rubber is good. I had some from another well-known brand, but in two years the rubber deteriorated and they broke.

The bands are excellent quality, they have stronger resistance than all the other bands Iโve owned that are medium like these, only detail is that in the size description they are 82โ diameter but in reality theyโre 80โ, other than that they are awesome!

Great, high quality, assuming it doesn't snap in the next year or two. If it snaps just once it'll be used for front lever training I guess. No or low odour
