As I write this review, I am doing so with the keyboard! I highly highly recommend this product despite some of the bad reviews shown. I still bought this product even with the frequently returned warning, the reviews on bad packaging, and wrong sizes even being sent. I bought it because I felt those reviews were because those buyers didn’t buy the product knowing what it was implicating about sizes. I can assure you that the packaging was perfect, and I can assure you that if you have a 10th generation iPad like myself, you will fall in love with this case as much as I have already. I’ve been using this for 3 days now, and it is still at 100%. I highly recommend using videos as tutorials. The only bad thing I can really say is how it is sort of difficult to get a good scroll, but it’s literally a touch screen, so really it is not a problem. I highly recommend this product, HIGHLY!!!!

Way out of returned window but not happy anymore. Keyboard doesn’t stay lit up and it’s ultra sensitive. I’m barely touching the keyboard and it will close my window to the Lock Screen. If it did it once or twice, fine. But it does it all the time. I just use it as a stand and don’t use the keyboard at all.Battery life seems great. I’ve never had to recharge the keyboard.

I absolutely love this case! I work a lot from home so the keyboard is very convenient, and I love how it lights up! It’s also very nice to have the iPad stand for movies or just to be hands free! Great quality! Absolutely recommend!

It’s pretty cool, but it’s hard to tell when it is on and when it is off. Sometimes the keys are back lit, and sometimes they are not. I haven’t figured that out.

Love the durability and quality of this keyboard! I’ve used it for a few weeks now and have no complaints. The keys are quiet and the magnetic clasp that folks over has worked perfectly!

Several things were disappointing:1. This will NOT hold the ipad vertically. No way, no how.2. It’s a bit top heavy and tends to roll back when on your lap. Not a problem when on flat table top, but it’s on my lap 90% of the time.3. The colored backlights were not a big selling point for me, but the backlighting works. I have no idea how to dim the lights as the Command button changes the backlighting color the same as the Option key.4. I turn off the trackpad more than I use it. It’s simple to do, but has to be done each session. Typing along and you bump the trackpad and it switches to the iPad Home Screen.Not enough negatives to return the item yet.
