Does it support at&t locked iphone when 2nd sim card is used from different carrier (either from gsm or cdma)?

hello,No,if your phone is carrier locked,you can only use the same carrier which your iPhone support.So it mean you can only switch two at&t SIMs by using our product

Does this work for iPad? Has it worked for anybody?

It doesn't work for iPad. only for iPhone we had sold more than 110pcs(got 15pcs return),yes,it's a DIY kit which is sensitive and also faulty,it's no easy to install.but people are not willing to share their experience unless the item doesn't work for them.
