Kinda heavy but not too heavy. I tested it with 3 Amp-Hour OEM battery on 32mm rusted truck lug nuts, 22mm crank pulley bolt (red thread-lock) and 17mm rusted suspension bolts. This tool was able to loosen all those in 2-6 seconds. And did not get warm. So if you already own Milwaukee battery - get this one with confidence. You won't regret it. Just make sure to use IMPACT sockets - those hit much harder then non-impact ones. Review: Bought this because I didn't want to spend the $$ for a genuine Milwaukee as I don't use it alot but would be nice to have from time to time. I tried it against the mid-power Milwaukee and it would tighten and loosen nearly the same. It is roughly 1/2" longer, a bit bulkier and heavier. Maybe not quite as refined and yet offers all the features, but so far has removed lug nuts and brake caliper bolts with ease.
