With this I sleep a solid 8hrs+ each time. I put it down to me being so tired I had one good night every so often. But quickly realised it was only when I resorted to this lotion. The difference is so clear that I recommended it to my husband. He sleeps OK but wakes a lot. The first night he tried it he did a solid sleep with no waking for toilet breaks, for the first time in years. All I can conclude is this product actually works.
