I’ve been very happy with this magnesium glycinate supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and the chelated form seems to be gentle on my stomach. I love that I can take two of these at night (especially if sore from a workout), and they ease the aches well enough to not have to take ibuprofen most of the time! I also like to take just to help for RLS and for improved sleep! I have taken another brand, but the higher mgs with this brand helps me a lot more. Zero digestive issues!

I have bought and used other brands of Magnesium Clycinate for help with sleep with various results but this one is absolutely effective and wonderful!!!! Perhaps it being CHELATED makes the difference. Sleep is absolutely great!!!

I was just logging on to order another bottle because I genuinely never want to run out. Here's my situation: I'm 65 and have been dealing with insomnia for just about as long as I can remember. I've tried everything, including OTC sleep aids, benzos, and THC. Even when I found something that worked, I woke up tired the next morning, which was beyond frustrating because I hope to work until I die (I really enjoy my job). I wanted to sleep like I did when I was a kid and feel good the next day. I tried this magnesium out of desperation, reading everything I could about the best way to take it. One thing I read was to focus on the amount of elemental magnesium a product contains. For sleep, 200-400 mg is recommended. Earlier this week, I began taking three of these small capsules each night (for a total of 270 mg of elemental magnesium. I wasn't counting on them to work (which helps rule out the placebo effect), but was surprised to have a halfway decent night's sleep. That first night wasn't perfect, but it wasn't as terrible as usual. The next night was better, and the night after that was really good. By last night, I think I had the best night of sleep I've had in years. It's supposed to take about a month for the magnesium to build up in your system, so those restful nights came as a surprise. If you believe there's no hope of getting a good night's sleep, this magnesium may just change your mind. That's my hope for you, anyway.
