Google nest doorbell gen 2 is great!
This doorbell took a very long time to arrive from the seller. Almost a month. I waited because I wanted this color to match the trim on my front door. The doorbell is great. Clear image, speaker volume is good for talking with delivery guy or solicitors, and the build quality for the Google doorbells is great! I like the controls from the home app and I would definitely buy another one if this one goes out.

Solid Product zero complaints
Works well with the Google ecosystem, as it should. Battery life will very depending on the amount of live recording it's going on, but even on heavy use between charging periods in getting roughly 5 weeks out of it. Charging does take awhile when you have to do it but Im getting around 2 hours to a full battery. You do have to pay a subscription if you want to save live recording over I believe 15 seconds but you can very much use this without that service

Good product
Good product, works as expected, but hard to get the zones just right to get what notifications you want. Also good switched from the nest app to Google home and I felt best was more user friendly and helpful.

Works with Google home
This is our 3rd doorbell. They work great with our Google home and our ATT alarm and moderate system . Very easy to set up with Google home.

Too sensitive
Its either way too sensitive or not at all. No in between. Google support is worthless!

Lesson Learned
This was a “renewed” wired doorbell. I spent 2frustrating days trying to get it to connect to my wifi. Finally called Google Tech support and we determined the unit was defective. I returned it for a new replacement and the new one worked immediately. Lesson learned: buy new, not reburished!
