This is really a two person project. Recommend you have a level nearby to make sure everything is level. I used it today to do some benchpress workouts and I had no complaints. I don’t know if this particular brand has accessories that I can buy to attach to this collapsible rack, but if they do, I’ll be sure to buy those items. The rack collapses nicely and allows you to maximize your space. I have mine in my garage and it worked out perfect. This is not thick gauge, steel or metal.
