Good product felt comfortable for not breathing through mouth as mine does get very dry when I don’t use tape as I breath through my mouth It does stick very effective size a little to large but did the job

I bought these hoping to tackle my mouth breathing problem at night, and I have to say, it's been a total game changer! I often woke up feeling exhausted , with dry mouth, but since I started using these, my sleep has improved & I wake up feeling so much more refreshed. The tape is super lightweight and comfortable I was worried it might feel weird or come off during the night, but it stayed in place without any irritation. Added bonus ,my wife is very pleased regarding the dramatic reduction in snoring ! I love how easy it is to apply - just give it a bit of a stretch and the backing liner tears in the middle. It also comes off smoothly in the morning - with very little residue and no pain. I genuinely feel more rested. If you are struggling with similar issues, I cannot recommend these enough, it's improved my Quality of sleep tremendously. Paul

These strips are an interesting experience to try - my issue is not snoring and so I can’t speak to the efficacy of that. Rather I’m a drooler who’s sick of waking up wet as though there’s a leak in the ceiling! So I gave these a try and while yes, they did stop the drooling they were a bit restrictive in terms of breathing and that made me feel a little uncomfortable. The adhesive is pretty good, it’s strong enough to stick on but it’s weak enough to not rip your beard hairs out. The material is also seems pretty high quality. For me personally I find it’s best to cut a smaller strip and just use it on the corner of my mouth, that’s what works best for me. Others may need the full strip that depends on how you sleep, side or back or front (do people really do that?) etc. but for me the best way to use these and have them be effective is to just cut a strip and do one corner. And because I cut them, they last even longer with me, so value for money is great - but 31 is a great way to start. A months supply you can’t go wrong. Negatives: - Slightly restricted breathing - The paper on the adhesive is a little tricky to pull off - You look weird as hell It’s not the best product in the world and it’s not revolutionary, but it does its job for me and that’s all I ask.

I don't normally bother writing a review, however, before I bought these I would wake up 2 or 3 times in the night with a horribly dry mouth because of breathing through my mouth. Since I've been using these I sleep right through until the morning without waking or having a dry mouth. I put mine on longways from under my nose to my chin. Really, you don't even know you've got it on after a use or 2. Try it on first while watching the tele. They also do stop you snoring so my wife advises me.

Didn't like these at all. The stick is very uncomfortable on the skin and although I tried them for a few weeks they didn't make me feel any better. I would say the stick is fairly durable but honestly not very effective.

It stays on! As an advanced Oxygen Advantage breathing coach I have struggled to find affordable sleep tape to recommend to my clients and now it's here! This tape is easy to place on, easy to take off, and most importantly stays on so that you can breathe more effectively overnight! For those who have't yet discovered - nose breathing is really the only effective form of functional breathing for general health and overall well-being. Overnight many people automatically return to mouth breathing leading to snoring and sleep apnea, or just general restless, non-refreshing sleep (not to mention disturbing your partner with snoring!). Re-learning how to breathe better should be done slowly and gently, and this product is super helpful to maintain better breathing overnight. If you want to invest in a sleep tape that actually works this is the one for you.
