This pillow is firm but soft enough to provide relief when sitting or lying down. I’ve used it behind my lower back and under my neck, and it really helps ease pressure. The cover is removable and easy to wash. Only downside is that it takes a day or two to fully expand after unpacking.

This low prices support collar gave me instant pain relief in a period of intense neck pain. Because of health reasons I am only able to use a very low dose of pain killers and have been utterly miserable and unable to sit or move without extreme discomfort. With this I can sit on my sofa in a correct posture with my neck supported in the recommended position. I find the collar size fine - I am tall and quite big boned it is firm enough to support but doesn't feel hard against the neck. I can even do some gentle exercises with the support it gives. The fabric is smooth and soft and has a zip so it can be removed as needed. I can't comment on durability but see no reason it should not last a good time.

It’s good value for money apart from the fact that it wreaks of cheap perfume or fabric conditioner, which is making my throat burn! 😳

Amazon. Youve got this spot on. Its a simple but good quality item. Its right. In shape , price , material and size. Not often found something can say that about. If you are in need of comfort and affordable neck support/ cushion then this is it. Ordered it hoping would suit and it is better and at last -recommend After using must say its bit firm for long use. Which didnt know would be initially. If in pain helps but if pain increases then firmness can be issue as i found today. A oerfect solution if had choice would Have it less firm to suit overall needs and high pain level. So buying another i hope softer. But keeping this as still very good

I purchased this item for my mum to use after she had breast cancer surgery. I was told she would need a specific cushion to provide support and act as a barrier between the two dressings she had. There were many soft ergonomic cushions, so many, but they were expensive. I went on fb, I had joined a couple of support group so I asked where I could get one of the cushions that wouldn’t break the bank. I love when people share tips, tricks and knowledge. Instead of spending around $70-$80 on the other cushion, designed for that specific surgery, I spent $16.90 and purchased a trusty travel neck pillow. It arrived very quickly, felt amazing (I don’t like crunchy material) and when I had mum put it under her arm to try it, it was perfect! Soft, comfortable, it hugged her almost like it was made for her. Another bonus, she now uses it as an actual neck pillow. I would never have thought of buying this but what a life hack! You don’t need to spend heaps of money, you just need to find the right people and ask the right questions. Would definitely buy again, I’m sure I can find additional uses for the neck pillow.
