A Mango Stick for $80!
I purchased a coconut cream mango tree from this company because mine had died after 18 years. This year, we had a really bad freeze. Usually my tree would survive, but this one was planted in my front yard where it got the direct northern winds. Most of my fruit trees are in the backyard and had damage also but they’re sprouting back up. This was my favorite mango tree because it had such beautiful leaves, and it gave wonderful shade from the sun and the fruits are amazing! Unfortunately, I purchased my mango tree from this particular company, thinking that I would be treated the same as I had when I purchased my other plant from Amazon. First off, I did not know you could not return the product even when they put that as an option when you have an issue. They tell you to talk to the seller first. So that is what I did. I messaged the seller first about two things. The price was too high, and the plant was taken too long to come, even though my messages kept saying that the plant was on its way already. I think they were trying to get the plant to me before the due date, but it still came on the due date. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot in the plant arrived damaged already. My first contact was about the price happened while I was still waiting for the mango tree to arrive in the mail. I told the seller that the grafted mango trees were $49.99 at Lowe’s for the 3 gallon buckets. In which he instructed me to send proof. I found that strange because you can just call Lowe’s and ask them the price here in Orlando. I was like cool. I have to go there anyway. So two days later I was able to go to the store again on my day off and there was only one coconut cream mango tree, but it was in a 6 gallon bucket for $89. They still hide a few varieties of mango trees in three dollar buckets for $59. All the varieties were the same price according to bucket size! When I sent the picture to him, he stated that that wasn’t the correct tree. In which I stated that all the trees were the same price according to the gallons. The type of tr mango tree did not matter at Lowe’s. Plus the coconut cream mango tree sold faster than the other trees. The checkout clerk said that the coconut cream mango trees sold out within two days of them, putting them out. So it would’ve been impossible for him to see the pricing on that mango tree. Anyway, it took a while for me to get back in contact with him because due to my work schedule, but I did keep an eye out for the delivery because it kept being delayed. It did arrive on time! On the date that it was supposed to arrive, but I think that they sent it off too soon and it stayed in transit too long. That is why it arrive with all the leaves dried and fallen off. I immediately took pictures of the product in the box. I still attempted to plant it because I had worked with saplings before. Mind you this is not a sapling! But it looked just like one! Again! It took forever to get a response from them so I contacted Amazon. They kept telling me to get in contact with the seller. It’s like a back-and-forth issue. When I told my daughter about this, she recommended that I go to Facebook marketplace from now on to buy plant trees locally. And I think I will stick to that! That way I want lose 80 bucks that I really didn’t have to spare! When I spare my money, I make sacrifices to get something. I think that is really worth the money. And I feel like this company either don’t care or don’t know how to be a good communicator and sales person. I wasn’t asking for return in the money. I was still giving you another chance to give me another plant! And you never offered that! You got free money that I could’ve used to buy me a few good meals to eat with. Instead, I was eating a Ramen noodles, thinking I was going to be rewarded with another coconut cream mango tree that I can sit under and enjoy during the warm weather, but I got a dried up stick and very little response for for $80! At least the dragonfly liked it! Don’t buy anything from this company! They will not offer a replacement! They’re slow to contact you back! They doubt your honesty! And you won’t get your money back! I’m happy with the tree that I got from marketplace which is also a coconut cream mango tree. I also sent them a picture of that tree and showing how it should look. The last one is from seed.

Love the quality and packaging!
Wow, I was really impressed with how well my plant was packaged! It arrived perfectly intact, which is a huge relief. Seriously, the company clearly takes extra care when shipping their products. I've had bad experiences with other online plant orders before, but not this time! I'd definitely order from them again.

Would not buy again.
Tree arrived with the graft turning black. Tip with new growth has since withered and fallen off. Waiting to see if the plant continues to deteriorate. Would not recommend. Will buy local next time.

Exceptional
Plant came in very healthy, graft is nice and matured and done very well. Plant was much larger than I was expecting and am very appreciative of that. Planted it in the ground after I let it rest in the shade for a week, and it hasn't lost 1 leaf! 5/5 stars would definitely reccomend.
