These are excellent! I’m in Zone 8b in Mississippi and I started my seedlings for tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos on January 03,2026. They sprouted in a few days. It holds heat, the lights work fantastic the only thing I added underneath them was a heat mat. I plan to buy more in the future! it’s easy for a newbie..

For simplicity it’s good! Definitely seems will work however! There is one issue I have, made to cheap so the top lid doesn’t actually clip over the bottom in theory sealing it… I had to bend the lip under the corners to get it to stay which cracked the plastic, so only probably gonna get one grow use before becoming useless! Definitely needs work there!

I had never used grow lights or started plants from seeds, other than in the ground in my garden. Boy was a surprised when I planted all of my seeds in the house, not realizing some grew faster than the others! My poor pepper plants were triple the size of some of my flowers Exceptionally pleased with how well these work for the price even though they were small, but I don’t have any others to compare them to. They worked very well.

Get something else. The trays are fine. The light controller does not work. With a normal USB cord, you only get a white light. There a way cheaper options out there. I would return this if I hadn't discovered this until after my seeds were planted.

Ooohh really nice starter tray with grow light! Our weather has been so up and down that Ive been worried about planting my starts outside quite yet... so this is perfect as I can start them in the house and keep them in here until its truly Spring out and safe to plant outside. Excellent value for the cost
