This product works. Good value. I was skeptical to use at first. It seemed difficult to maneuver, but I simply followed the instructions provided and it was easy to operate. It was relaxing and comfortable. I used the first automatic setting which raised the back (air inflates to stretch the waist), provided heat and vibration and also electrotherapy. I plan to use at least 3 times a week as if receiving physical therapy. I did not use the electrodes as yet. Will update at a later time.

This product is great for low back pain. The stretch and heat functions are very good. The product also has a ems function. I sent an email to the company to get more email pads. I received more within a couple days. I'm very pleased with this and highly recommend this product!

What a great product, it is very helpful with my mother’s sciatic lower back pain. I believe that it will help her and keep her from not taking pain pills and possibly not need surgery in the future. I highly recommend this product, it has 4 different types of relief for lower back discomfort.

I don’t write many reviews these days, but I had to for this. 5 years ago I had an accident on a machine where I worked. I shattered by heel from the machine slamming me into the ground from 7 feet. My back and hips are now crooked and I’ve been in horrific pain since. I’m lucking if I can get out of bed and walk fine after 5 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this product. It is saving my back and I finally have some relief. Not only does it have air traction, it vibrates and heats. I don’t use the EMS on it- not a fan. I highly recommend this. If used properly, it will help.

This was by no means usable by someone with real back pain. It was not stable hard to get at the proper point especially if you are having trouble moving because of pain. Tried it once went right in the trash.

Please buy this anyone with lower back issues it works better than going to chiropractor

Read a review saying the TENS was "weak". I almost did not purchase this item because of that review. I find the TENS/Stim to be the closest 'home device' to a professional clinic TENS/STIM, like you find at a Chiropractor's Clinic. I have tried a few just "TENS/Stim" devices and they all are terrible --- if comparing to a professional grade unit. If I have a negative comment --- I find the "traction" device (air infiltration) to be the weak link here. Just too slow and not a large enough range of motion. Was hoping for a "continual and steady" up and down motion. HEAT works great. TENS/STIM very good. Not clinic quality .... but close enough to be beneficial.
