What is the native resolution? Can it play 4K content?

It features a true 720p HD native resolution. While it supports 4K video signal input, the content will be displayed in exceptional HD 720p quality.

Can I connect my Bluetooth speaker to the projector?

Absolutely! We highly recommend connecting your high-quality Bluetooth speaker for an enhanced audio experience. It's a popular choice among our users for immersive movie nights.

Why can't I cast from my phone to watch Disney+, Netflix, or other streaming apps?

Due to copyright restrictions, Disney+, Netflix, and other major apps block phone casting. For full access, use the app directly on the projector or a connected streaming stick.

Why aren't the auto-focus and auto-correction working properly?

Please ensure that your automatic adjustment function is enabled in the settings page. For optimal performance, keep the projector's horizontal correction angle between 0-30°. Extreme angles may limit the automatic adjustment function.

What if I experience issues while setting up or using the projector?

For quick answers, see the FAQs and videos on our product page. For personal help, message our support team—we're quick to respond and will get you back to your show.
