Its easy to install. Packing is nice with complete instructions. I used it for almost a week now and it did not clogged. My cats loved it.

The device stopped working after a month, it doesnt connect to WIFI anymore. No possibility to return, replace or even to contact customer service on Amazon. Not worth the money, very cheap product.

The product looks like high quality, and practical, unfortunately i had an issue with internet/application connection, the product couldn’t connect with the application so i have returned the product, overall its seems a high quality product to be honest

Excelente producto, gran calidad de material, compartimento hermético que cuenta con bolsitas antihumedad para colocar en la tapa, conservando fresco el alimento, los platos que integra son de acero inoxidable, cuenta con una esponjita de regalo para lavarlos, un gran acierto que cuente con un sistema de bloqueo manual para evitar que sirva en cualquiera de los dos platos (ideal para los que tiene aún una mascota y planean tener una segunda a futuro), la programación es bastante fácil y guiada con el instructivo y la app, las cantidad de alimento proporcionado por porción es suficiente y bastante controlable para mantener una alimentación saludable para tu mascota. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar, 100% recomendado.

O alimentador trouxe uma revolução em casa. Temos quatro gatos que estavam acostumados a pedir comida, cada um em um horário diferente e éramos quase escravos deles, ahahaha. Com o alimentador programei a liberação da comida em quatro horários ao longo do dia e eles acostumaram rapidinho e nós nos libertamos.
