Actually, it depends on the one you get. The one pictured is actually a longsword, and requires two hands. Looking at the pictures, however, there are ones that are one handed. Long story short, if the handle looks shorter, or if it looks closer than others, it's likely a one handed arming sword. If the handle looks longer, or the picture is further out, it's most likely a longsword.
