Spirit E-310 Liquid Propane Gas Grill for Outdoor Cooking and BBQ, 3 Burners, Black – Porcelain-Enameled Cast-Iron Grates & Snap-Jet Ignition

This grill has performed beautifully. It's easy to use and the food tastes great. The instructions were problematic because they used diagrams without wording. I guess it's because they sell these all over the world and don't want to print a 40-page assembly instruction booklet in multiple languages. That would not be a problem if the diagrams were accurate. The first one was way off and it took me nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to get started. From then on the diagrams were fine and it went together without a hitch after that first segment. Then I started making delicious hamburgers and chicken.

Works very well and is well worth the cost. We have used it frequently with no problems. Even in the colder outdoor temperatures it produces enough heat to sear the meat.

I am really enjoying my new grill. Have done lots of steaks and chops but also just did a small (13-lb) turkey last week. It turned out very moist and wonderful (I placed a container of water in with the bird). I debated about 2- versus 3- burner and am perfectly satisfied with the 2-burner configuration. The cooking surface area is the same in both and I really do not anticipate having to use all the area for intense-heat cooking. Plenty of room above the two burners for up to six large steaks and/or large chops and I usually only do four. I was advised I would have to devote a day to assembling it but it really took no more than two hours from opening the box to completed BBQ. The instructions are quite good and there is also a video. Three-burner would obviously take longer, but I don't think it should add that much time as it should be the same as installing the other two so you would know exactly what to do on #3. easy to clean when doing staks, etc., I just leave the burners on for about 10 minutes after removing the food and the grills are easy to clean with a good BBQ brush. I cooked the turkey on a foil-lined baking sheet I just placed on top of the grills so it was very easy to remove and clean. The BBQ is quite well-made and strong. It is a Weber!

Great grill and easy to assemble. The directions were a bit of a challenge to decipher as they don't give much of an explanation, but I did it alone for the most part.

Finally had to order a new Weber grille to replace an 15+ year old Weber that has had several parts replaced (under Weber's warranty). Prompt delivery, well packaged, but a few disappointing changes. The assembly instructions consist of pictures only, which worked for the most part. Took about 45-60 minutes to assemble. Only confusing issue was the attachment of the side shelves, which I thought were supposed to be able to fold down. Seems Weber has eliminated this feature on most of their newer grilles. With the small patio we have, this would have been a nice feature to continue to have, like I do on my old unit. The E-310 comes with only 2 wheels which are plastic. Not a big deal for me, since the grille will be staying in one place. Also, the control knobs are a plain gray plastic. Rather cheap looking for a $450 price point. Have not tried it yet (too much rain), and am wondering about the reliability of the new ignition system. May review that feature later after a few uses. Overall been pleased with the quality of Weber grilles, and hope to get many years of service out of this new one.

Great grill has worked well from the time I got it.

Really like size. Not too big nor too small. Food on grill cooked nicely. Cooked and fed 11 people. We really like it.

Great small grill, like how the ignition is integrated in the gas valve for each section of the grill. Easy to assemble. Quality materials. This is my second Weber gas grill, first one lasted over 15 years and looking for this one to do the same.
