Incredibly effective!
I've tried Dr.Christopher's different products and they are all very effective. I got this ointment in November 2025, thinking to have it just in case in my medicine cabinet, and then forgot about it. Until a couple days ago. In the beginning of May I started having a strong pain in my right arm, shoulder, back and neck. The physician sent me to physical therapy where they told me my whole right side is knotted and my back is not straight, with the right side being very swollen. We started working on it 2 weeks ago. I felt that the knots are getting loser and overall it started improving, but the pain increased dramatically, making it difficult to function, even with pain killers. 2 days ago I stumbled upon this jar in my medicine cabinet and decided to try. Within MINUTES the pain started calming down. It is just incredible! I've been using it since then a few times a day and the swelliness almost completely decreased, the pain is almost gone. I can do my PT exercises much easier. Now I am thinking to get the capsules too to kill that inflammation in my body. Dr.Christopher is the best!

May have been a coincidence, but it seemed to help
My elbow had been bothering me for months and I’d tried everything. I did keep doing everything (physical therapy, rest etc.) and I don’t know if this was a coincidence, but it started getting better once i started using this regularly.

Don’t buy from them says you can return they dont Says you can return I used a small amount made my pain worse Why would I buy a product not use it to return it ? Customer service is horrible They are adamant that I can’t return Even though I got a return approved With a label to put on item They said if I return they won’t refund me!!! I will call Amazon I regret buying from them I usually buy prime only

broken lid
I have used product for years...problem is that the lid has almost half of it broken off and this is a gift for a friend...please replace!

I gave this 3 stars because I couldn't accurately assess if it worked or not. Since it needs to be kept in fridge after opening, I never seemed to have it when I needed it. When I kept it with me then I would forget to refrigerate it again. At some point I wondered if the product was still ok after being unrefrigerated so much
