Good product. Got me through the hot Florida summer without cramping or dehydrating.

The taste is good! Have different flavors, so you can choose any. It takes time to dissolves. I like it, it helps me to feel hidrates.

My go to for running and just being dehydrated. I like them better than liquid IV. They also have less sugar.

This stuff is amazing. I used to test as being dehydrated, even though I was drinking much more than eight 8-oz. glasses of water each day. Once I added this to my day, I would test as being hydrated. One of my friends had been getting faint in the heat when she exercised. I recommended this product, and she said it made a huge difference for her.
