This new formula is a game changer! It really makes frosting and merangue fluffyand tasty. It's a bit pricey but worth it. I strongly believe "you get what you pay for"! Plus its non GMO!

Bought an espresso machine this summer and have been making copycat Starbucks drinks. This brand of meringue powder is superior to Wilton. It’s the perfect sweetness and consistency to make the meringue cloud needed for the Starbucks Cloud Macchiatos. Highly recommend!
