I’ve been using Nestlé Resource Active as a daily nutritional supplement, and it’s been quite helpful in maintaining my energy levels, especially on busy days when I can’t eat properly. The taste is pleasant (especially the vanilla flavor), and it mixes well with both milk and water. It feels light on the stomach and gives a noticeable boost without being too heavy or overly sweet.
