So glad I bought these. Way better than I thought they would be. Really easy to put on. I have small feet women's 5 1/2 the fit is perfect. I also had my husband try one on his shoe size is a men's 12 and they fit his feet perfectly also. It was stated in the description that they take time to get used to. Not in my case. I put mine on as soon as I got them yesterday evening 8pm. I slept in them. It was soooo nice not waking up in the middle of the night with foot pain. They really do work. Ive got them on right know. I also walked a mile this am and rode my bike on the beach WITH shoes on. I was able to wear my stretchy skecher's with them. Which I was very surprised at. My bunion's are moderate and hurt. These took all my pain away. Im going to order another pair just to have as back up pair. And yes you get two. One left one right foot. If you have bunion's buy theses and thank me later. I was getting leg cramps several times a night as my big toe was trying to cross over my second toe on both feet. For now, this is working to keep my toes separated. I wear it at night. I wake up after about 3-4 hours and need to take the left one off because it hurts, but is has done its job of separating the toe. I put a soft gel spacer between the toes the rest of the night and during the day on both feet.

I was not too sure about this product working at first since you can not get rid of bone which is already too large but I decided to try them and have found improvement in the foot where the big toe has just started to move and the bone becoming large. I wear them at night and have seen an improvement where the foot almost looks normal.

I have some things going on …metatarsalgia and a small bunion I think..anyways lots of pain started to develop and I switched a lot around in my foot wear. By the way Hoka Clifton’s are amazing and help extremely! I bought this and the fit was great many ways to adjust. It didn’t take long to adjust to the feel and have been successful in wearing overnight. It doesn’t solve the problem but it has helped release the pain I feel by 90%. I do wear daily and if I forget for more than two days I feel the difference .

These may not cure my foot issues, but had to experiment at this reasonable price. They are not too uncomfortable, though I could not wear them all night. Am trying to avoid foot surgery.
