In the end, he had to have his nose cauterized. I came across this product after his cauterization and ordered it. The delivery was good and product arrived within two weeks.One morning he woke up with a nose bleed and I used this product. Yes it did stop the bleeding but I had to use two of them and still had to pinch his nose. This is the only product that I have come across that helps although I do think that it would not work so well for heavy nosebleeds. I now have two packs of these and as another reviewer has mentioned that especially in the case of children these help in lowering their anxiety as it does free up the hands.
