Stainless in place of plastic.
I’m trying to get rid of items that are plastic. I bought these to replace my plastic salt and pepper shakers in my picnic basket set. These stainless shakers are just fine and fit perfectly in the elastic bands in the basket. They come with clear plastic covers to keep them from leaking.(Wish the covers were silicone). Still a good choice for a picnic basket.

Not true stainless steel
Why did you pick this product vs others?: After less than a month of use the shakers started to rust. I bought stainless steel with the expectation that they would not rust when I kept them in my lunch cooler. Too bad as they were the perfect travel size that I was looking for.
