Using for my eufy x8 pro SES

I have the eufy 10x omni and i’ve been using this as recommended by eufy. So far i have no complaints, i like that it safe to use around pets, and i noticed that my floor are clean and shiny after using it. As for the scent, it smells nice in the bottle but there is almost no smell when the robot starts mopping. I am giving it 4 starrs because it doesn’t stay in stock for long so if u run out of this stuff good luck finding it again

I was initially very pleased with this floor cleaner—it performed well and met expectations during the first three months of use. Unfortunately, it then stopped charging entirely.I returned the unit to the manufacturer for inspection and repair, but it has now been over two months without a resolution. Communication has been minimal, and I’ve received very little information or updates regarding the status of my product.While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of timely support and clear communication has been disappointing. Based on this experience, I’m unlikely to purchase another product from this company in the future. I hope they can improve both the reliability of their products and their after-sales service.

I was a little hesitant to buy this since it’s a bit pricey for a floor-cleaning liquid. Still, I decided to give it a shot because the floor in my new apartment smelled stinky due to the pet urine from the previous tenant. It turned out to be totally worth the investment! The floor gets much cleaner with this product—the dirty water tank ends up way dirtier than usual—and the Eufy mop pads no longer smell bad like they used to without this liquid.Also, just a little goes a long way. I fill the tank to the max with water and add about 15ml of this liquid. The instructions say to dilute 10ml in 2 liters of water, and my tank holds about 2.5 liters. So with one bottle, I can refill the tank around 31 times—which is a lot! Since it needs to be heavily diluted, I don’t notice much of the scent after mopping. I do wish it had a stronger fragrance, but it gets the job done, so I’m very satisfied!

It lifts light marks easily and gives the floor a nice clean look once it dries.Both bottles are a good size and you only need a small amount each time, so they last longer than expected. It also doesn’t foam up or cause any issues with the mop system, which is important for the eufy models that wash and dry their rollers.A simple but effective solution that keeps the robot performing well and leaves the floors looking properly cleaned.

People are moaning about the price but you only need to add 1 cap (10ml) to 2l of water. The bottles are good for 3 years so I'm not concerned about it going bad before I get a chance to use it all. The product doesn't leave a sticky residue and floors definitely feeler cleaner. I've not noticed any fragrance from the product which is honestly better than an overpowering aroma.You are definitely getting your moneys worth with this cleaning solution

I use this eufy Multi-Surface Cleaner in my eufy robot vacuum and mop, and it has been another easy addition to my increasingly automated cleaning routine. With multiple furry dogs in the house, anything that helps keep up with paw prints, dirt and the never-ending supply of dog hair is very welcome around here! And my floors SHINE.The solution does a great job on my hard floors, cleaning them nicely without leaving behind a sticky or filmy residue. I also appreciate that it’s a versatile multi-surface formula, so my robot can travel around the house doing its thing without me worrying about switching cleaners for different hard-floor surfaces.The 2-pack is an especially good value. These are generously sized bottles, so you’re getting plenty of cleaning solution for the money and enough to keep your robot happily working for quite a while.I’ve become a big fan of letting robots handle the repetitive chores I’d rather not spend my time doing, and my eufy has certainly earned its place in the house. Now I have my eye on one of eufy’s robot lawn mowers. If I can get a robot to handle the floors AND another one roaming around outside mowing the grass, I may finally have this whole country-living thing figured out!Effective, versatile, generously sized and an excellent value for two bottles.
