The bottle is almost finished I have a week supply left and I didn't get anything for my review lol and it help me but everyone has to understand that you are responsible for what you put into your body's this just help I would recommend with a low cab diet hopefully I help someone.

Works great, I take this when I start to feel just a little bit hungry, with a full glass of water. And within 10 mins my hunger is so mild that I can push meals/snacks out farther or just have a smaller amount. Biggest thing it helps me with is the cravings for bad foods.

Didn't curb my appetite. Was hoping it would keep me from being hungry.....it did not do that. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I use this to help curb my afternoon and evening sweet cravings, and it works great! I am full-fledged chocaholic & this gets me through even the toughest cravings. I would definitely recommend this to anyone as a diet aid. I did not have ANY side effects at all any time I have used this product.

I guess its okay. I don't really notice any appetite suppression but I take them anyway, hoping they are doing something positive.

I didn't see any results, I stop drinking this because I was feeling well and I just stopped them, didn't want to harmed me. I just lost my money. ( I do not recommend this product )
