I had zero complaints about the functionality. I LOVE how I get to put any image and get it printed out. Unfortunately, I got way too excited about that. I decided to make a video. The machine comes with sticker paper and I used it up after making about less than 50. I did all that in a few hours. Needless to say, I had so much fun making these. I just wish there was more sticker paper. I love this machine so much that when I realized I ran out of sticker paper, I went through withdrawals immediately. I must be addicted. I had to stop myself from buying a huge box of sticker paper just so I can have endless sticker making forever. I could honestly talking about this product all day. However, I am really heartbroken that the sticker paper is so much money! They really need to lower the price of these sticker paper rolls.

For larger images/text – such as in the Banner mode – in addition to entered text, there is some jaggedness along the edges. 5. I can see bringing this along to label my family’s refillable mugs at theme parks, for example, so we don’t mix them up. 7. Easy to Use: Bluetooth connectivity with my smartphone or tablet is seamless. 8. The ability to buy rolls with longer print life. Thermal printing has a short life. For example, if you leave a thermal printed receipt in a hot car, it will usually fade quickly. They also fade over the course of a year in an air-conditioned environment. However, it is possible to buy rolls with 10-year print life, making it possible to create labels that will hopefully last longer. Cons: 1. Limited Starter Roll: It comes with only one roll of label paper and that roll is a “sample roll,” so not even a full one. I went through it just working with the printer to put it through its paces. Including a few more rolls, or even one full-sized roll, would be beneficial for new users. I now have to wait for more rolls to arrive. 2. The app: While getting things to print works well, the app leaves a lot to be desired. It took me a couple of hours and then a YouTube video to make labels with the font large enough to label things in my classroom. There is no manual that comes for the app, and when I tried to load the “online tutorial” for it (for which there is a button in the app) on both my phone and tablet, what comes up is a graphic with the words “failed to load, please try again). It is also not possible, at least what I’ve found, to print with larger fonts on the cute sticker templates (see my photo). I wanted to use them in the classroom, but the default fonts are simply too small. The only way to have larger fonts is the have them plain – no frames. That, imo, is its biggest drawback. Overall, the Phomemo Q02 Mini Printer is a good device that combines practicality with creativity. It's easy to use, portable, and perfect for a variety of tasks. For the price, it would be a great little device for tweens and teens – anyone with a smartphone can use it. College students could use it to label personal items in their dorm rooms. I recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and fun printing solution!

I absolutely love this little Phomemo Q02 Mini Printer! I've been curious about thermal printers for awhile and am so happy I finally decided on this one. The printer is small, portable, and has great battery life. It's also very easy to set up, prints in good quality for labels and notes, and doesn't need ink. The printer works with the Phomemo app, and connects via Bluetooth. The app is a little clunky, but overall still very useful. The app was recently updated to include more graphics, fonts, and other features, though some are behind a pay wall. I've used the printer with 53mm paper with the spindle, and 57mm paper without the spindle. The sticker paper included with the printer is very sticky and resistant to water. I mostly use this printer for making labels, printing grocery lists, and crochet patterns or notes. I have printed some photos and they come out well if they are closeups and have good contrast, but I don't expect awesome photo prints from a black and white, 203 dpi resolution printer. Overall I'm thrilled with this Phomemo Q02 Mini Printer and highly recommend it! It seems well made, prints great for being a small thermal printer, and is fun to use.

Printed maybe once. Connection to blue tooth is spotty. It's not easy to use. I think perhaps just getting a better machine that cost more so be worth it. My daughter is creative and I thought she would love it, but it was useless. I still have it but we just never use it.

I got this to replace my old label maker. I liked that you could print from your phone. I thought it would make it easier and liked that there are options within the app. They say to charge it out of the box but it had more than enough charge, so I printed before charging. The app seems like it should be easy to use, but I found it needlessly complicated. You can drag and drop files into the app, but you can’t do that with a phone and browsing to select a file is not an option. You can type in the app but it’s annoying to format. It printed very small the first time I printed (see pic). I had to mess around in the app to find how to enlarge the font size. This worked and did what I needed it to but because I found the app annoying to use, it’s not my favorite. I almost gave it two stars because of the app but it does work and does what it’s supposed to so I gave it three. I’ll also add that the print is dry as soon as it prints so you don’t have to worry about smudging the ink.

The feature I like best about these little thermal printers is that there's no need for expensive ink or toner cartridges. The paper included is great for your small prints, but they have included sticky paper to create stickers. The stickers are a huge hit at our house. The little printer fits in the palm of my hand and can easily be thrown in a backpack or bag. The printer had three rolls of white, mint green, and lavender sticker paper. You can quickly load the paper and download the app, and it is ready. The app has many options for templates and graphics to add to your labels, photos, or projects. Once you decide on your creation, it takes seconds to have the image in your hand. When I made a sticker, I found that with heavier paper, it is best to cut the image with scissors. The printer setup kit also included a USB-C charging cord. The quality is much better than expected, especially with photographs. This makes an excellent gift for yourself if you are into BUJO or for your teen. Fun and fantastic.

Cette petite imprimante thermique est très compacte et légère, facile à transporter. Il faut en avoir l''utilité, les étiquettes étant assez petites. Pratique si vous devez imprimer des étiquettes à coller sur une bouteille ou autre. Un seul format de rouleau passera dedans, vous n'aurez pas la possibilité d'imprimer des étiquettes rondes par exemple, pour cela je vous conseille une plus grande imprimante thermique. L'application Phonemo est facile d'utilisation, elle peropose de la personnalisation: ajout de texte, formes, etc sur l'image de base. De quoi s'amuser! Point de vue qualité, pour une impression de photo, elle ressort pixelisée. C'est donc plus adapté à l'imprrssion de texte/dessins selon moi.

Once set up, the thermal printing quality is impressive for such a compact device. The prints are clear and legible, making it a reliable tool for various tasks. However, while the functionality and portability are great, it does come at a bit of a high price. This might be a deterrent for those looking for a budget-friendly option. Also eigend war der srtikel garnicht so wie beschrieben die Druckerqualität war sehr schlecht also sehr grobkörnig. Man konnte nichts einstellen nicht mal heller oder dunkler.Die Qualität des mit gelieferten Papiers war auch nicht so gut,schlechter als ein Kassenzettel bei aldi.wir haben das Teil zurückgeschickt.

Ottima mini stampante da usarsi con rocchetti di carta per etichette, carta normale continua come quella per gli scontrini o carta con etichette già pre-tagliate. La app ha molte funzioni e vari templates. La stampa è in B/N dalla buona risoluzione (nulla a che vedere con il livello fotografico). Necessità di rocchetti con larghezze predefinite (al max 53 mm) altrimenti non entrano dentro la stampante. *⚙️𝙁𝙐𝙉𝙕𝙄𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙊⚙️* Di per sé la stampante è semplicissima da usare, si comanda via Bluetooth e da app. Il collegamento è rapido e stabile, la riconosce subito, basta cercare l'ID "Q02". La portata arriva a 5 metri circa al chiuso, più che sufficienti per il suo scopo. ➤ 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮' 𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮: la stampante è abbastanza veloce, non ci si può lamentare al riguardo. Per me ha la stessa velocità di un registratore di cassa standard con stampa degli scontrini. Un foglietto lungo 50 mm esce in circa 1,5-2 secondi. ➤ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮' 𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮: personalmente non mi aspettavo alcuna stampa di livello fotografico. Ricordate che questa mini stampante stampa in B/N (Bianco e nero) non ha le cartucce di colori o altri consumabili (a parte la carta). Ho provato a contare i punti sezionando una parte di stampa con un quadrato 1 x 1 mm ed effettivamente su un lato ho contato circa 17 punti, quindi posso confermare almeno la risoluzione di 300 dpi (dot per inch). I singoli punti sono minuscoli e per me corrispondono alla goccia che farebbe una stampante a getto di inchiostro con una risoluzione di 4800x 2400 dpi. Certo questo tipo di oggetto è perfetto per stampe di promemoria e testo semplice, non per l'uso fotografico. ➤ 𝗔𝗽𝗽: la app Phomemo è ben fatta ed ha molte funzioni, soprattutto a livello di sample (è tradotta anche in italiano). Possiamo stampare foto o testo presente nella memoria del nostro telefono o attingere ad una lista di Tamplates presenti nel loro cloud tra cui promemoria, ToDoList, Memo, Biglietti di auguri, Carta serigrafata, ecc. Oppure possiamo stampare dei Banner (testo grande in V/H), Documenti (Word, TXT, Pdf). Possiamo stampare anche una pagina web in versione Mobile, quindi verrà una stampa verticale come quella che vediamo sullo schermo del nostro smartphone, possiamo stampare degli stickers o QR-Code/Codici a Barre. Sempre da app possiamo aggiornare il firmware, impostare l'auto-off (da 10 minuti a 1 ore). Le modifiche che possiamo fare in-app sono le più basilari, nulla a che vedere con una app per PC, ma troviamo tutto il necessario per digitare e formattare un testo. Possiamo modificare la grandezza del testo, il font, la posizione degli elementi, aggiungere stickers/icone o fumetti, creare tabelle, modificare il numero di copie ed il contrasto. *🚧𝘾𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝙕𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙀🚧* Il design non è proprio il massimo, sembra un prodotto per bambini, quindi niente che abbia l'apparenza di un prodotto professionale. ➤ 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮': si presenta come uno "scatolotto" dai profili particolarmente stondati fatto in ABS di color bianco opaco e verde acqua. Al tatto la finitura è leggermente ruvida. Nella parte frontale abbiamo un pulsante di dimensioni D.24 mm di color verde con il quale possiamo aprire lo sportello per l'inserimento del rotolo di carta. Lo sportello si apre di 180° ed è collegato su una cerniera che a mio avviso la reputo un po' deboluccia nella costruzione. Sopra lo sportello troviamo il rullo trascinatore della carta in gomma. All'interno abbiamo il rocchetto smontabile per l'inserimento del rotolo di carta. Il rocchetto va inserito tra 2 guide ed ha una posizione fissa. Il taglio del nastro di carta avviane per via meccanica e manuale grazie ad una lama dentata. Sul lato frontale abbiamo la porta USB-C ed un piccolo LED verde per la ricarica della batteria interna, mentre nel lato destro abbiamo il pulsante ON/OFF ed un LED rosso di stato. ➤ 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮' 𝗱'𝘂𝘀𝗼: il nastro incluso è un rotolo 21 x 53 mm che facendo una stima dovrebbe corrispondere a 3-5 metri di foglio. Il dispositivo utilizza la normale carta termica, quella per gli scontrini per intenderci. La carta termica ha un film plastico sulla sua superficie che al contatto col calore si annerisce. Da qui la testina di stampa che dovrebbe garantire una risoluzione di 300 dpi, annerisce e crea dei micro punti creando appunto l'immagine che noi gli inviamo. Il rocchetto si inserisce facendo attenzione a che il verso di srotolamento sia verso l'alto.
