Best cream I've used prevent and treat nappy rash, so much better then sudocrem. This is now my go to and it actually creates a barrier unlike other creams. Worked in one day to reduce the redness and cleared the rash so quickly. I started using this straight away when I noticed the rash and it stopped it from getting worse. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the strong scent but given how effective it is it's still worth using.
