I am a TENS connoisseur; I have a degenerative neuromuscular disease and have been using TENS since they were still only available via prescription in the mid 2000s. I have amassed an extensive collection lol. Now that TENS is readily available, I’ve been buying units and replacement pads for over ten years. THESE PADS are awesome. They’re especially useful in that they’re easier to keep in place than having four separate little squares, like for when I need to use TENS while I’m performing chores or other physical motions. They’re not ideal for every body area (some spots and needs do require those four separate squares) but I find them really good for my lower back. I apply a gel-type topical (like biofreeze or arnica gel or even icy hot, just not an oil-based product) then affix one large pad on each side of my lower back just off my spine, and hike up my granny panties and pants with a grippy waistband (yoga pants are good for this but any sweats with elastic waist work too) and if needed top that off with a soft back brace. I can turn on my preferred TENS unit and get some chores done with minimal pain and without these pads moving or shifting. In addition to lower back, they work well for my lower shoulder blade area (which is hard to reach and applying those four little squares is impossible to do by myself) bc I can put the wires in them and just slap it over my shoulder and get it on the right spot, which I cannot do with any other TENS patches. I’ve reordered these and even bought some for a few friends. These are great. If you use TENS, try them out.

I've had my iRelief for many years & these large electrode pads were the first that I used up. Finding myself with shoulder pain & no large pads, it was very tedious positioning 4 of the smaller ones so I am very grateful to have a supply of these again!!

I need to use my tens unit most everyday and mostly all day and I ran out of the pads. The adhesion is pretty good though it does at times become attached to my shirt or pants so then it takes away the adhesion and I have had to throw that one away. They are a definite god send though to me.

Adhesive worked well enough, but wires pulled out of the two pads after only a few days. Worked well until then. I use on shoulder under shirts ,while doing different tasks around home. Other brands I’ve used before would just pull apart at connections. Disappointed since seemed well-made till happened twice already now.

Excellent. Much better than using 4 small pads. Also adhesion is better on these.

These are authentic iReliev pads that work great. Plenty of "stickum" on the pads to insure they stick in place. Pads last about two months if used regularly.

Remember the days of when Tens Units were hospital use only. They are not available for home use at a very affordable price. every household needs to have one of these on hand. These are quality pads that can be used multiple times.
