I absolutely love working with this flour It’s more of the consistency of bread flour than All Purpose flour. But bakes like all purpose flour love it I will continue to buy it

It's fine. No clumps. Does not smell very bleachy. I bought it because Amazon has been out of their usual generic brand.

Excellent flour, as good as any other at a better price.

Love making bread with this products its the only brand i use and it never lets me down

Definitely good to use for basic things, pancakes, biscuits, sometimes tortillas. But definitely would want better quality taste for fancier stuff. Not a bad price for the size, no bugs or it would be way less than 4 stars lol.

Works as intended

I have been a yeast addict for over 60 years, making bread. The "365" brand of flour is one of the 2 best brands that I've ever used. The results are excellent in a wide variety of breads, from the light textured plain jane white bread to the dense sour dough Ezekiel recipe that I developed. The bag states that you are purchasing 5 pounds of flour, there is actually 100 grams more than that in the bag.
