I am going to turn 62 on May 13. I heard about nitric oxide, improving blood circulation and other things. So I purchased this product because I love all the products I bought in the past from this company. I read the reviews and one in particular convinced me that this was the nitric oxide product for me. I started with my first dose on May 5. I purchased a pill crusher because a lot of the reviews talked about how big the tablets were and I did not want to struggle trying to swallow these giant horse pills. I got them crushed down and put them into a cup of tea made from hibiscus. I thought that since the tea was already bitter, I would not notice the pills taste. Boy was I wrong! But I kept drinking and when I finished drinking the tea all of a sudden I felt this wish of energy go through my body. I am not sure if it was from the nitric oxide pills and was a little stunned for a moment. I waited to see what else I would feel but nothing else happened at that moment. That night I got the most restful deep sleep that I’ve had in over 55 years. So on May 6, when I took my second dose, I was waiting for that whoosh feeling, but I did not feel it. The pills were still the most bitter pills I’ve ever tasted at this time. I had put them in black coffee. Let me tell you my favorite drink in the whole world is coffee, so I won’t put them in my coffee anymore. Today is May 7 and I will be taking another dose. I really want that wish feeling again. But I feel that the pills are working. It’s only my third day on this product, but I feel like I will continue to notice other benefits as time goes on, so I will keep taking it until I finish the entire bag. I will update in a few days and document if anything else is noticeable. Oh, by the way, the review that convinced me to buy this was one from a gentleman in his 60s, who said the product helped him to grow his hair back on his legs and his head. That alone is a great side effect. I don’t want hairy legs because I’m a woman, but more hair on my 62 year-old head would be awesome! See you soon. so it’s noon time May 7 and I took my third dose with breakfast this morning. I actually swallowed the pills. Do not crush these pills, they taste awful. But if you swallow them, there’s no taste at all. The pills are coded so they go down easily. I don’t know what made me think that it would be better to crush them. But even at 62 years old, you learn something new every day. Let me tell you something, I’ve been very sedentary for the last 10 years due to going blind in 2015 and then having a stroke in 2019. But this morning after taking these nitric oxide pills I got the urge to use my Therapy bike. You know one of those little contraptions that go under a desk. I actually did what would be considered high intensity verse for 30 minutes. That is huge for me. I never have ever gone longer than five minutes on that bike and at a very slow pace. I felt so good after doing the high intensity burse and then slowing down for a few seconds and taking off again. I really think that there is something to these pills. I’m going to do another update in a week or two. If your not sure whether or not these pills might do use some good, I would recommend that you try them, they are not expensive and they are absolutely not hard to swallow. These Pills are awesome! I don't want to go to work without them. They are very big and when I first wake up to take them, I will gag. The benefits out way this. I feel like superman when I take these.

This product is good for women and men, my Dr had recommended it and my husband and I both take it. Enhances blood flow, many good reasons to use this product, including enhancing libido!

I bought these to try to help my teen daughter's wakefilness in school (a Biological Dentist said her N.O. level was low & we both struggle with me/cfs, brain fog, dizziness, etc.) but unfortunately could not take them because theyre too large in size & disappointed they're very hard pills, was hoping they would be a bit smaller & more easily digested form (capsule or softgel, like the Vutamin D3+K2 from this same brand).

It only worked once , and yes I'm positive this product did it . It's job " increasing blood flow to a certain part of the male anatomy "! But only one time out of 3? months . And it's not supposed to work in the manner described . It has a huge dosage of both l arginine and L Citruline . Be careful with it if you buy it . I ended up tossing almost half a bag's worth .
