I’m not sure but I would think so as it’s only when the the agreement was made, the completion signatures and date is what binds the tenancy. The only thing I could say is if they have changed anything on the forms it may differ from a newer one.

Is this the 2019 version after the additional laws in june?

I believe it is but I bought fir a friend who used it about 2 months ago. I used the pre2019 version and was very happy with that. It should be indescription , lower down on the product page. Sometimes you have to scroll fown quite a way.
