Excellent for those with the dene mutation and need to avoid Folic Acid. Easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. My second bottle.

Good Starter Vitamin
The capsules are small and easy to swallow. No issues with taste or after taste. The price point was okay. The quality was good for what you pay for. However, there wasn't as many B vitamins as I thought there were. The overall dosage, of vitamins, is relatively small compared to other supplements.

Only thing that works
Only taking for 3 days and am surprised how well they work. I've struggled with lack of energy for years, tried countless supplements and nothing helps. These give me energy and feel more focused and productive. The first day I felt somewhat wired and a little spaced out, but probably just adjusting to actually having energy for a change. Never used anything methalated before so was hesitant but it really seems to work. Assuming no long term side effects will be buying these regularly.
