This was a hit at Christmas. It has all different types of slime, putty, etc. and we only played with it in the kitchen to avoid any accidents. No glitter, no confetti, just the goo 🙃

My nephew will absolutely love it. Great slime quality not too runny . Lots of colors to experiment with.

My 10 year old cousin spent about 3 hours with this kit. She is in 4th grade and it kept her entertained for part of an afternoon. She reads at 5th grade level so that may account for how the little amount of time she spent. She whipped through it so fast that, for the money, it wasn't worth it. Probably would have been better for a younger child who would have taken more time with it. The magnet portion was the piece that had follow through required but once the experiment was completed the kit was passe. However she hung onto the slime thus 4 stars instead of 3.

This is a great set. There is so much to it. Depending on the child, they will either just play with the slime or they will play with the putty. The glow in the dark was neat for a couple of times. The magnetic putty is also fun but not a long player. The slime and also the slime making kit are all great. Fluffy slime, liquid slime, snotty slime, and the slime kit, OH MY! we love it.

I liked following the directions and the touch of this product. I have kept all the slimes and one of the putties in my refrigerator long after I originally opened the kit. I like using them for therapy when I'm bored. I love squeezing one of the slimes through my fingers, because the texture reminds me of the golden days when I used to mash cream cheese and powdered sugar through my fingers for making frosting while helping my grandmother bake carrot cake. I also like flopping two other slimes in between my hands. One feels like Jell-O and the other feels like a liquid you're pouring from one hand to the other that doesn't break. I also like it how these slimes don't get caught in between my nails. The putty I'm keeping is one that can bounce like a bouncy ball on the table when I take it out of the fridge. The other putties in the kit got hard as a rock when I saved them in the fridge, so I disposed of them.

My boys love this and it’s easy to clean up and actually very educational as well. And it’s pretty clean. The texture is different on all of them. Pretty good variety as a well. My boys love the glow in the dark one as well.

Ordered this as a gift for my kid and its a blast. different slimes and puttys that are fun to experiment and play with plus a slime to make yourself. Highly recommend for kids of all ages!

I bought the Mega Slime and Putty Lab for my 9-yr old (who is obsessed with making slime / putty) and it was the greatest purchase ever! 8 different kinds, all in individual jars - they amount you receive for each is generous as well. My daughter is always watching YouTube videos on how to make different types of slime - but sometimes you're unsure if it turned out 100%. With this kit, she now knows how different types of slime / putty are supposed to look and feel - it's a fantastic reference for those who enjoy making their own slime. Also, there's a great little book that comes with the kit as well explaining all of these different slimes / putties - you cannot go wrong with this purchase!

Good way to explore the different types of slime /putty. The magnetic putty is ok but it’s not that magnetic. The powder slime included, once “done” only lasted 3 days in its container before becoming more a gooey smelly substance. All the other slime and putty are pretty fun, for kids and adults.

This was a gift for my 7 year old and she LOVED it. It came with many different types of slime/putty, and she was fascinated with all of them. They are all very long lasting, EXCEPT for the bouncy slime. It dried up after a while and turned into a hard foam, and we werent able to stretch it out anymore. But all in all, this box of slime was great! I would definitely recommend it!! Makes a great gift.

When the National Geographic Slime Kit and Putty Lab arrived, my grandchildren grabbed it out of the couriers hands and tore open the box. They were ecstatic and played with the slime and putty all afternoon. They especially loved the magnetic putty with a real magnet and the oozie, gooey slime that ran through their fingers. All the slime and putty were in separate tin containers which the children took great care to put them back into. The booklet that comes with the kit has fascinating facts about slime in conjunction with nature. Which National Geographic is famous for.
