We have an old antique rolltop desk. None of the metal hangers fit the drawer because there are too tall. Will this fit over just a drawer?

will this fit on the side of a wooden drawer that is 1/2" wide?

my drawer is 13" deep. do you have rails for that size?

These are the clips only, the rails can be bought separatly and can be cut to length. The rails I have were cut down to 11.5 inches from much longer rails, they are 1/2 inch deep and about 1/8 wide.
