Great Purchase
This was a perfect purchase, and served me very well for my home gym. Here's an in depth review of this product. Cons: 1) So to start off, unfortunately, this product came with 4 missing small pieces when I bought it. As a result, I couldn't setup the pulley system and the pullup bar, for a couple of weeks, until they reshipped the missing pieces to me, all the way from China. This took a couple weeks. 2) One of the outside spotter arms was too tightly inserting into the rack, and chipping off some paint in the process. They reshipped this, and again, the same issue occurred again in the reshipment. As a result, they once again, reshipped it to me, and finally the spotter arm inserted, not too tightly into the rack. This whole process took approximately 1.5 month. To compensate for all of waiting I had to do, and the repainting (with spray paint), they gave me a $30 refund. So my total purchase cost went from $330 to $300. 3) The assembly took a very long time. It wasn't necessarily a hard assembly, but the instruction manual wasn't very easy to understand (it was just a bunch of diagrams and rough sketches as steps, with no written instructions), and as a result it took a long time to read the instructions, understand them, and execute (and I was making sure to be extra careful, checking both the amazon pictures, and the manual many times before proceeding. The pro though is they do provide all the tools you need for assembly. 4) Some of the parts they gave you, which you need to assemble the power rack didn't have their screws completely tightened. This wasn't a huge deal, as I don't think the screws being fully tightened was a necessity for those parts (such as the j hooks and the outside spotter arms), but having your own hex wrench set + manual screw drivers can help in this situation to optimize the tightness of these screws. 5) The plate holders are basically useless, so don't count on the plate holders as being a reason you bought this power rack. The upper two plate holders, while they can hold plates, they get in the way of your core lifts, such as your bench press and your squat, so I just unscrewed them. The lower two plate holders, also get in the way of your bench press and squat, but you can use them to hold just your small 2.5 pound plates, as those won't get in the way of your core lifts, and thats what I used them for. Pros: Despite all the cons I mentioned above, I still am rating this 5 stars for a reason. I think this was a wonderful purchase, especially for the price I paid for it (300 dollars). It works very well. 1) Excellent dip and pullup bar. I can do pullups and dips with them and it doesn't feel wobbly or dangerous. 2) The pulley system is solid and works well. 3) The spotter arms work very well and can hold lot of weight 4) The manufacturer, while it may take a bit of time to get it done, will get around to replacing and resending any parts which you don't have, or that don't work well. 5) This manufacturer gives A LOT of free attachments in this purchase. I got 6 free olympic barbell clips, a wide lat pulldown handle, a narrow straight bar handle, a chain to help offset the lat pulldown handle for kneeling cable crunches, 3 snap hooks for your cable system, a tricep rope, and a T-bar row handle. I'm pretty sure it would have cost much more to buy these things individually from amazon, than just with the power rack purchase. 6) This power rack can hold A LOT of weight. Now, if you're a professional bodybuilder or powerlifter or something, this is likely not for you, but if you're just an average recreational lifter who dreams of reaching classic benchmarks of a 225 pound bench press, 315 pound squat, and a 405 pound deadlift, this power rack is probably perfect for you. So far, I'm quite happy with this power rack. I will edit my review if anything changes in the future.

Great rack
Great rack at an awesome price. Despite the IKEA like directions it was pretty easy to set up.

Solid Power Rack
I assembled this rack fully, and overall I’m very happy with it. Everything went together as expected, the parts were well packaged, and once assembled the rack feels stable and solid. For the price, I would buy it again. A couple of things could be improved: • Weight plate holders: The side plate pegs can’t hold much weight. A single 45 lb plate already starts to bend them, so I don’t use them anymore. • Dip handles and top grips: The rubber grips on the upper bars and dip handles rotate. It seems common on racks like this, but it does affect the feel a bit. • Cable loop bolt design: The threaded portion of the bolt sits inside the cable’s end loop. It works, and so far it’s been fine, but it’s not ideal. A smooth-shank bolt would be much better long-term to reduce wear on the cable. None of these issues are dealbreakers, and they’re all small things the manufacturer could fix easily. Overall, this is still a strong four-star rack with great value and a sturdy build.

My best purchase of 2025
Excellent quality metal and easy to put together. My wife and I built it in a couple hours with good directions and pretty straightforward build. I've been using this setup for almost 2 months 4 times a week (1 hour to 1.5 hour workouts) and it is providing me amazing results. It's stable and trustworthy, I feel safe using it which was one of my original concerns. The cable works great and they give you an insane amount of attachments so I can do all my workouts. I only had one issue with the one of my pullies for the cable which they immediately sent me out a replacement plus an additional part at no cost. These guys really are a great company and they care about their product and customers. Definitely my best purchase of 2025. If you're in the market for a power cage (not smith machine) I'd highly recommend these guys.

Beast of a Power Rack | Affordable
This thing is a tank. Super sturdy, tons of attachments, and the lat pulldown works smooth. I’ve been squatting, benching, doing pull-ups, curls—you name it. Perfect for a full home gym setup. Took some time to assemble, but once it’s built, it’s solid. Easily worth the price.

Best bang for your buck
Great cage, very sturdy, and yet relatively inexpensive! I would definitely recommend the aluminum pulley system for more durability there. There are a couple things I didn’t like, but not enough to remove a star. I didn’t like the instructions, they were terrible. I also don’t like the number of loose pieces that aren’t secure. Overall though, in this price range, there is nothing remotely close. Very happy with my purchase!

Incredible value
Was skeptical, but wow, really impressed at the value here. Particularly impressed with the pulley system, for this price I thought it might not handle the weight. It’s solid, my 13yo assembled within a couple Hours, I did give him proper tools though. I mean, it’s no rogue rack, but it’s also 1/20th the price.

Great but a little small and flembsy
Great power cage, holds weight well but does wobble a little bit and is a little bit small. Would recommend though
