Loved the product, don’t need Aeropress if you pick Kaldipress, it’s made of PP (polypropylene) confirmed from the company, which can easily handle temperatures mores than 120C, water becomes vapour at 100C so no issues of any plastic leakage in our coffee, would recommend to anyone. Pick it blindly.

Good initially but leakage starts soon after few usage

I ordered this press reading review while doom scrolling some reddit coffee thread. The product I recieved was damaged during delivery and as usual amazon denied replacement. But upon reaching out the compony they helped me. and sent me replacement part. Couldn't be more appreciative of compony. The product works fabulously. If looking for a good coffee press. Go for it.

If you like the French press or the Aeropress, then Kaldipress is a great replacement for these for at least a 50% less. It is just like the Aeropress, which means that you use a small sized paper filter (500 included; replacement available), which filters out the coffee oils, but you still get much of the flavor. Coffee oils in unfiltered coffee (including French press, pour over, boiled and strained, espresso and Turkish coffees) are suspected to raise LDL (bad) cholesterol in scientific literature. Easy to make up to two cups with one filter, and very easy to clean. I am happy with the product quality. Have been using it for over a year.
